This mock-up runs in demonstration mode: forms send nothing, store nothing and create no account. Information entered stays in the browser for the time the page is displayed.

In a real service you would have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
As this mock-up holds no data, these rights have no object here: closing the page is enough.
