The framework for using the mock-up: purpose, access, demonstration journeys and liability.

Purpose

These general terms govern the use of the “Auxo Banque” site, an academic mock-up illustrating a bank’s digital journeys. They have no real contractual value and create no banking, commercial or legal relationship.

By continuing to browse, the user acknowledges having understood the demonstration nature of the site.

Access to the site

The site is freely accessible, with no real account creation or identification. No client area holds genuine personal or financial data.

The publisher does not guarantee continuous availability of the mock-up, particularly outside the context of its presentation or defence.

Journeys, simulators, appointments and tracking

Request journeys, the credit, savings and investment simulators, appointment booking and request tracking all run in demonstration mode: information entered is neither transmitted, nor stored, nor used after the page is closed.

The amounts, rates, schedules, references (RDV-…, DEM-…) and statuses shown are generated for illustration only and constitute neither an offer, nor a commitment, nor a legally binding regulatory simulation.

Permitted use

  • Browse the site for educational, evaluation or demonstration purposes.
  • Test the journeys, forms and simulators with fictitious information.
  • Avoid entering real sensitive personal data into the demonstration forms.
